Our Returns Policy

We are proud to state, we rarely receive a request for refund.

This is an easy claim to make if you consider the following factors....

Our products rarely get damaged in transit
We know they will fit perfectly, because we allow you to take them home and wear them, free of charge for 30 days. (AVG 30 day Free Trail Editions).
You have access to full sales and technical support during the 30 days of your trial period. This allows time for testing, and the opportunity for us to help you solve any problems or conflicts before you place your order.
We value your custom, and want you to be happy with your purchase, and the service your receive. Our team are trained to assist with any problems or concerns you may have.

However, as with any purchase we respect the fact that there may be occasion when you decide you simply want your money back....

All transactions entered into via this website are covered by our Terms & Conditions, and the those of The UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000. In line with this we offer a 30 day returns policy on all software, that has not yet been registered personally to the customer, via the Grisoft Website. The AVG Sales Numbers are valid for 30 days, and maybe used to install and use the software for the duration of this period.

Once you have submitted your AVG Sales Number to the Grisoft Database, the software becomes registered solely to the named individual, or entity, whose details have been supplied. The installed software will now display an extract of this information, denoting the product's new level of customisation.

The right to cancel your software order, as provided by "Regulation 10 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" can no longer be granted, as explained by "Regulation 13: Exceptions to the right to cancel"

We aim to process any request for a refund within 30 days.
